If your bike, rikshaw or car is registered in Punjab, you can check your vehicle details through the MTMIS Punjab Portal https://mtmis.excise.punjab.gov.pk/.
When you visit https://mtmis.excise.punjab.gov.pk/ you will see the following screen. In this screen you must enter the Vehicle Plate Number and Chassis Number. After that enter the captcha and you will get the complete registration record of your motorcycle or car.
If your plate number and chassis number are correct then you will get the registration date and other details like this.

If your motorcycle or car is registered in Islamabad then you have to visit MTMIS Islamabad portal to get the registration date and other details. Simply visit the https://islamabadexcise.gov.pk/ and enter required information. You can also use PAK App available on Google Play Store to get the details. PAK App is only for Islamabad registered vehicles.
